Anna Bowker - Centre Manager (Spear Camden)

Anna has previously worked in the public sector and for the charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP). It was whilst working at CAP that Anna realised her passion for investing in the individual, and helping them identify their own unique strengths, and the opportunities that opens up for them. Anna is devoted to seeing young people realising their full potential – whether that’s in finding employment or further training or education.

Roberta Fontaine - Mentor Manager (XLP)

I am the new Mentoring Manager for North London at XLP, I will be facilitating up to 23 mentoring relationships in the community. Our nationally-recognised Mentoring project matches an at-risk young person with a trained mentor who encourages them to make positive choices. Our mentoring focuses on ensuring young people aged 11-18 stay in education, aren’t involved in gang culture or anti-social behavior, and work hard to achieve the goals they set. I have mentored before and know the impact it can have in a young person’s life.

I am a qualified Youth Worker and have about 10 years’ experience working in the community, educational, volunteer and church settings.

Tatenda Musoni - Lead Coach (Spear Camden)

Tatenda, having worked as a Youth and Kids Intern for Lighthouse London Church, has a natural passion for working with young people. Whilst volunteering at his previous local church in Portsmouth (as he completed his masters), Tatenda realised how important it was to cultivate and strengthen the mindsets and attitudes of the young people around him; he recognised that they were the future of our society. This purpose has led him to working as the Lead Coach for Spear Camden. Tatenda is passionate about helping young people gain independence and ownership over their lives, which will in turn aid them in their respective future plans, whether that future lies in work, training or education.

Emily Tottman - Grad Coach (Spear Camden)

Emily is passionate about young people reaching their full potential and believes that this time in a young person’s life is pivotal to their future. Emily finds great joy in empowering young individuals, helping them stay motivated and focused on their goals of entering the workforce or pursuing further education in the long-term. By instilling a sense of confidence and self-worth in those she coaches, Emily is driven to helping young people reach their full potential whatever their next step is.
